Working with complex materials is one of our company’s specialties. Can you imagine fastening your French cuffs with marble cufflinks from the highest court in the land? The marble is from the actual Supreme Court building and is supplied to C. Forbes for fabrication. Each cufflink is truly one-of-a-kind as each square piece of marble is cut by hand. One of the main challenges was finding a way to attach each piece of marble to its backing. Custom findings were fabricated to accommodate the stone provided, and the amount of sterling was minimized so that the marble squares are more prominent. This stylish set of cufflinks is made of sterling silver and stamped on the back with “U.S. Supreme Court.”
