More About The NYC Veterans Day Parade
Each November 11, since WW1, 5th Ave. in New York City has been filled with soldiers and patriots honoring our veterans, raising awareness of those who serve and support them, and saluting those who currently serve in our military.
The parade, planned and operated by the United War Veterans Council (UWVC), features over 300 marching groups and an estimated 40,000 participants, comprised of veterans of all eras, military units, civic groups, businesses, celebrities, marching bands from across America, floats, military and vintage vehicles and hundreds of thousands of spectators.

This year’s Parade celebrates the centennial of the Veterans Day Parade (formerly Armistice Day; 1919-2019) and C. Forbes has partnered with the UWVC to help commemorate the occasion by providing products and services that help fulfill the mission of the UWVC. These include a managed e-shop stocked with exclusive and high-quality apparel, gifts, and collectibles. Parade goers, participants and sponsors will be wearing these items leading up to and on parade day to keep warm and cozy and to show their ongoing support for the UWVC and the veterans we serve. A portion of the proceeds benefit UWVC fundraising efforts.
